George Clooney: George Clooney portrayed pediatrician Dr. Doug Ross for nearly five seasons on ER. He was nominated for an Emmy twice for his role as the compassionate yet rebellious doctor. It was this mixture of his compassion and rebellion that lead to Dr. Ross's resignation from the ER. Dr. Ross was reunited with his love, nurse Hathaway, and their twin daughters a year later.

After spending four successful seasons with the medical drama, ER, George Clooney went on to a career as a leading man in big budget films. Starring beside such leading ladies as Nicole Kidman, Catherine Zeta-Jones, and Julia Roberts. Clooney even donned on the black cape and became the comic book hero Batman for the film "Batman and Robin". Recently, George Clooney won the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor for his portrayal of Bob Barnes is the critically acclaimed drama "Syriana".

Clooney has also tried his hand at movie directing and screenplay writing in recent years.
