7. Q: What if my local public television station doesn't carry Real Wheels?
A: Call the station or write to them to request the program.

8. Q: Do you accept ideas for new programs?
A: Yes, we do! We keep a file of our fans requests, which helps us decide on our next episode. Please e-mail us your suggestions here!

9. Q: How does DAVE know so much about the topics that he presents?
A: He and our production team do a lot of research before filming. Then, we learn "hands on" procedures from the professionals we meet on each location. These on-the-job operators help us make sure that our viewers get really authentic information.

10. Q: Can DAVE really operate some of the equipment?
A: Yes. Before filming each episode, DAVE is trained by experts on safety procedures and how to operate the equipment so that he can actually demonstrate on camera.

11. Q: What if I can't find the REAL WHEELS series on my local public television station?
A: We suggest you write to the station and request that they include REAL WHEELS in their schedule. Please mention in your letter that the series is available to the station from AMERICAN PUBLIC TELEVISION. An endorsement and request from local viewers has tremendous impact on what public television stations put on-air.

12. Q: Are all REAL WHEELS programs previously released on VHS available on DVD
A: Currently there are 18 REAL WHEELS programs on DVD and we expect to convert the remainder of the catalog very soon. Please consult our on-line catalog for details about which titles are currently on DVD. Note that each REAL WHEEL's DVD contains 3 There Goes a... programs.

13. Q: I prefer not to purchase products through the internet. What stores (retailers) can I purchase the REAL WHEELS series from?
A: Because we have so many titles, it is difficult to pin-point a retailer that has them all in stock at any particular time. We suggest you look for our titles at retailers that carry a variety of Children's videos. In the past, Toy's R Us and Suncoast Video have consistently offered our series. In addition, if your local store does not have the REAL WHEELS titles you want, we suggest that you request they order it for you.
