ELIGIBILITY: This Sweepstakes is open to legal U.S. residents (excluding PR) who are 13 years of age or older and who had Internet access on or before September 5, 2002. Employees of AOL Time Warner, Inc., Warner Bros., Warner Bros. Online, Warner Bros. Television, and The WB Network and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, and advertising and promotional agencies and their respective officers and agents and the immediate family members and persons living in the same household of each are not eligible.

HOW TO ENTER: This Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 p.m. PST on September 6, 2002, and ends 11:59:01 p.m. PST on October 30, 2002. To enter the Sweepstakes, go to http://www2.warnerbros.com/television/sweeps/index.html, and you will be prompted to enter your email address, television viewing habits information, gender and age (each an "Entry"). Please note that Sponsor will contact entrants via email for the purpose of receiving periodic surveys ("Periodic Surveys"). Only one Entry per day per household is allowed. If more than one such Entry is submitted within 24 hours, only the first such Entry submitted will be accepted.

Illegible and/or incomplete Entries are void. By entering, entrants agree to comply with these official rules including all eligibility requirements. Sponsor and its agents are not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected Entries, for technical, hardware or software failures of any kind, for lost or unavailable network connections, or for failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions or any human error which may occur in the receipt or processing of the Entries. Proof of entering information at website does not constitute proof of delivery or receipt. Sponsor reserves the right to modify the scheduling of the Sweepstakes without prior notification. Use of computer programs and other automatic means to enter the Sweepstakes is prohibited and may result in the disqualification of the entrant. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an Entry, the Entry will be deemed to be submitted by the person in whose name the e-mail account is registered on the date the Entry is submitted. All Entries become property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: Winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about November 14, 2002, by Sponsor or its designee, the judge of the Sweepstakes, whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Winners will be notified by e-mail ("Prize Notification") and must respond by email within 10 days of the date of the Prize Notification (the "Deadline"), with his/her full name and a mailing address ("Mailing Information"), where Sponsor can send an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability (the "Release"). If the winner does not respond to the Prize Notification by the Deadline, the winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected. Once Sponsor receives the winner's Mailing Information, a Release will be sent to the winner via overnight mail. The winner must sign and return the Release in the pre-paid overnight envelope provided, within 10 days of the date of the Release, or the Prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Return of any Prize Notification or Release as undeliverable will result in disqualification, and an alternate winner will be selected.

FIRST PRIZE: Five (5) first prize winners will each receive a Warner Bros. Television T-shirt (ARV for each first prize winner: $22.00); (each a "Prize"), ( Total ARV for all Prizes: $560.00). Selection of Prize will be determined at the Sponsor's sole discretion. No redemption or prize substitution allowed, except at the Sponsor's sole discretion. Prize is non-transferable. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The Prize will be awarded.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of California, with venue in Los Angeles County, California, and all claims must be resolved in the state or federal courts of Los Angeles County, California. By entering, entrants agree: (a) to be bound by the Official Rules, the decisions of the judge, and the Warner Bros. Online Privacy Policy (b) to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its agents from any and all claims, demands, damages, losses or liabilities caused by, arising out of, or related to their participation in the Sweepstakes and/or their participation in any Prize-related activities; and (c) to be contacted by Sponsor via e-mail. By accepting the Prize, winner consents to the use of his/her name and/or likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation (except if winner is a resident of TN or where prohibited by law).

INTERNET: If for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection due to computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure, human error or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes and to select the winner from all eligible entries received prior to the cancellation or termination. Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, any combination thereof, or otherwise, including any injury or damage to any entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATIONS OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
