While officers Davis, Sully, Bosco and Yokas rush to the scene of a school shooting to find wounded and dead students and teachers, paramedics Doc and Carlos and firefighters Doherty and Taylor each try desperately to help the horrid situation, find the shooter and come to terms with the senseless violence. Meanwhile, Sully and girlfriend Tatiana ponder their future together and Kim struggles with her depression.
