Bosco overreacts when a small-time gangster, Allie Nardo (recurring guest star NICHOLAS TURTURRO), provokes Bosco's mother. The tough new fire captain, Jack Steeper (recurring guest star PAUL MICHAEL GLASER), tells Kim that he intends to exile her paramedics from the station house. Carlos is suspicious when his long-lost brother, Christian (recurring guest star ADAM BEACH), wants to ride along with the paramedics. And Doc is unusually upbeat when he gives a party for his co-workers.
